Jesse Blackwell
Principle Developer and Project Manager

Jesse Blackwell has held various engineering and project management positions in his 16-year professional career. His passion for home building and design started early in life as he worked with family members in the home construction business. His specialization with Del Cielo involves home design and project management, with the vision that a home should be engineered (with design and technology) around enabling the lifestyles of today's working professionals.

In 2005, Jesse assembled the team of himself, Joe Fazzino, and Al Villarreal to deliver a new style of luxury home to Houston's Inner Loop. He takes a project excellence approach not only to home building, but also to all aspects of his professional career.

In addition to running Del Cielo Custom Homes, Jesse has been a consultant to several Fortune 500 energy companies in Process Management and Operational Excellence. Jesse holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Al Villarreal
Construction Manager

Mr. Villarreal has over 30 years of front line residential construction management and supervision experience.  Twenty of his past 30 years were with Perry Homes, having managed the construction of hundreds of homes around the Houston area.  Mr. Villarreal began independent construction management and consulting in 2002, working primarily with custom home builders and remodeling companies in Houston’s “Inner Loop” area.

Any great home design is only as good as what can be delivered in the field, and that sets Mr. Villarreal apart from the rest.  His vast knowledge of every step of the home building process and the ability to seamlessly integrate the different stages of construction prove invaluable.  Mr. Villarreal’s work carries on a family tradition of integrity, craftsmanship, and customer service.
